“So I decided to rework my drawings for this year’s Folktale Week as digital versions, thinking it makes a kind of storyboard. This is a collage of those images … or parts of them. The prompt words were: Home, Secret, Path, Smoke, Dark, Key and Crown. And I was so surprised that I seem to have told a story! I was tickled pink as you might say.”
“I finished Inktober… and I think I need to start a new challenge.” Everything’s a challenge. “Mum, I mean a drawing challenge.”
So what are you going to do then?
“Folktale Week … It runs from the 4th November to 10th with a daily prompt for an illustration.” What are the prompts?
“Mmmn … They are … Home – Secret – Path – Smoke – Darkness – Key – Crown.”
